Farm-to-Table Chef and Surf House restaurant owner, Craig Love, wants to change the way people think about food. Craig’s restaurant uses seasonal produce from local, small farms and sustainable, regional seafood. Working in high end restaurants throughout his college career Craig was able to apply philosophies learned from his exposure to his 2,400 sq. ft. coastal restaurant. Surf House is a dinner-only upscale restaurant where guests can enjoy relaxed but high-end dining mixed with southern hospitality, including craft cocktails and house-made desserts. Their goal is to move beyond a high-season tourist business and develop the food scene into a year-round industry.
Craig has been featured in multiple magazines, including Coastal Living and Our State. He was most recently named 2018 Entrepreneur of the Year by Pleasure Island Chamber of Commerce.
